Meet Velda Schirhart
A passionate minister, nurse, and teacher, Rev. Velda founded Light and Life Ministries to fulfill God’s call to heal the lost, sick, and suffering.
Her journey from medical social worker to registered nurse, and finally into full-time ministry, reflects her heart to see lives transformed.
For over 25 years, Velda has:
- Served as Associate Pastor and Director of Healing Ministries.
- Led the Healing Network to train others nationwide.
- Co-authored foundational works on healing, including
- Comprehensive Principles of Healing and Miracles.
- Published her successful book I Am Redeemed!, teaching God’s plan for health and healing.
Her vision is clear: To break religious barriers and reveal the fullness of Jesus as Lord, Savior, and Healer.
